‘You’re not Alone’ was created, in conjunction with Soft, to provide insight into the experiences of others and demonstrate that you are never alone, no matter what choices you make following a Trisomy 13/18 diagnosis. It highlights the disparate and heartbreaking journeys of the families, not always receiving the care they need, yet treasuring their children’s brief lives.
